What Youll Do: Notify customers when unit is ready for pickup, or to schedule unit delivery Greet and welcome customer when they come into the serviced department Manage and help customers schedule service appointments and service related updates Answer and direct incoming service calls Sales Warranty Submissions Controlling Work Distribution
