Contract Recruiter

Were partnering with a technology company to hire a Contract Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition team during a maternity leave coverage. This is a high-impact contract opportunity offering a hybrid schedule, meaningful ownership, and the chance to step into a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, youll manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions, owning the process from requisition creation through offer stage. Youll partner closely with hiring managers, build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience while operating within a lean recruiting team.
