Management Analyst Conducting comprehensive analyses of organizational workflows and performance metrics to identify areas for increased efficiency and cost reduction Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and supporting overall mission effectiveness Preparing detailed analytical reports and strategic briefs for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with strategic objectives and contract requirements Monitoring ongoing performance and providing continuous feedback for process adjustments to uphold decision-making excellence Filling this position is contingent upon funding Requirements 10 plus years experience in a management analyst role Three plus years experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies Master's degree in a related field Demonstrated capability in evaluating organizational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and formulating improvement strategies in line with DoD requirements Proficient in applying both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to assess operational performance and drive process optimization Skilled in developing comprehensive reports and presentations that convey data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making Possess an active DoD secret security clearance Desired Skills Familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to enhance reporting accuracy and operational forecasting Proven leadership potential with the ability to mentor junior analysts and foster cross-departmental collaboration Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings Experience with process improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) to support continuous organizational enhancement Clearance Information SRC is a contractor for the U.S. government, this position will require U.S. citizenship as well as, a U.S. government security clearance at the secret level Travel Requirements To be determined About Us Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
