Enrollment Specialist

Enrollment Specialist Renewal is seeking the right individual to fill our Enrollment Specialist position. Here at Renewal we place an emphasis on serving clients with excellent and accurate service. We are seeking someone with employee benefits and group insurance experience. The candidate will need experience understanding and communicating company benefits to both new hires and at open enrollment for Renewal's clients. Renewal has established values and mindsets that drive how we interact with clients. Equally as important, we want someone who will fit with our culture internally. Through our work, Renewal and its team members' goal is to make champions out of our clients and co-workers. Accurately communicate benefit offerings to enrollees of Renewal clients Study and understand the benefit offerings for each client Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment questions Coordinate with the benefits team at Renewal to ensure timely enrollments Help clients navigate enrollment systems of Renewal Address and escalate complex benefits questions when necessary Utilize communication materials such as benefit guides to educate enrollees Insure that all communication is properly logged in Renewal CRM and Enrollment systems Attributes: Detail Oriented Ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies Eager to learn Flexibility Coach-able Team Player Customer Service Oriented Proactive Self-Motivated Renewal delivers enterprise-class employer solutions to a multitude of businesses.
