Lead CSR (Head Teller) As a Builtwell Bank Lead CSR, you will be the first face in relationship building for our valued customers. As you interact with the majority of our customers entering our Financial Centers, you will warmly welcome each one of them with an inviting smile while serving their transaction needs and having meaningful conversations to identify any additional opportunities to fulfill their full financial needs. Job Duties and Primary Responsibilities: Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, and ethically work within established policies and procedures while delivering world class, second to none customer service. Supervise CSRs and provide meaningful coaching to them. Run an inside or drive-through teller window by providing paying and receiving transaction services to customers with accuracy, efficiency, professionalism, and personality in a fast paced environment. Demonstrate knowledge of available products and services in order to answer customer inquiries. Balance cash items, teller over/short report, and other negotiable financial items while adhering to all branch cash control policies and procedures. Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner with a positive attitude of helping the customer. Demonstrate exceptional teamwork to ensure branch team goals and individual goals are exceeded. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Skills and Competencies: Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills Stellar customer service skills Ability to work with money transactions with high degree of accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds in coin or currency Ability to learn and follow financial center operation and security procedures.
