Registered Nurse (PRN) Location: Providence, RI 02904 Job Type: PRN (As Needed) Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our homecare team on a PRN basis. The RN will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, ensuring high-quality, individualized nursing services that promote health, comfort, and dignity. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-home clinical assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising physician and care team. Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document all care and services accurately and timely in electronic medical records. Comply with all state, federal, and agency regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or community health settings. CPR certification (current). Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently in a home setting. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
