The Warehouse Associate will be involved in the inventory and restocking of supplies, cleaning and disposing of waste and recyclables, pickup and delivery in company vehicles, and shipping and receiving. Responsibilities: Support Mail Operations Department by restocking mail trays for their use Inventory and restocking of supplies consumables Clean and dispose of waste and recyclables Make pick-ups and deliver in company vehicles Ship and receive raw material and finished products Following all safety regulations and legal documentation norms pertaining to warehousing Following instructions and completing all assigned tasks as delegated by the Manager/Supervisor Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse Ability to move large paper rolls; occasionally required to lift up to 50lbs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to process, comprehend and follow the detailed instruction Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment and adhere to deadlines Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds) Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently Forklift and 20' box truck experience preferred Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug screen, E-Verify, and background check We are an equal opportunity employerJob Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour
