Transition Analyst The Transition Analyst supports the Transitions & Property Management teams throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes while providing a high level of detail and customer service. As part of the Transitions team, the Analyst is also involved in special projects and ensures data integrity in all department tools & systems. The Analyst must provide a high level of support, collaborate with all members of TQC, and be an effective communicator. Accountabilities Complete required tasks timely for all assigned onboarding and offboarding property management assignments with minimal guidance and/or supervision Track completion of tasks in department tools Ensures data integrity across all department transition tools Assist Transition Specialists, Sr. Transition Specialists, and Managers with reporting and coordination of assignments; proactively communicate potential risks and provide potential solutions Collaborate with Property Management teams and other partners in the transition to obtain property information, analyze and interpret reports, field questions, make recommendations, establish solutions, and resolve issues Track receipt of various documentation and proactively complete required action items once received; audit and interpret documentation received to ensure accurate setups/decommissions Support the maintenance of transition checklists and department tools that itemize all aspects of a property transition; maintain and complete all department tools Regularly audit and maintain property and client information in databases to ensure accurate system data Occasionally attend and support internal and external transition calls Maintain relationships with fellow support groups and Property Management teams Develop transition process improvement initiatives and create documentation of processes; proactively provide suggestions and solutions to property transition process Lead and execute special projects as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor Degree 3+ years of relevant experience Or any similar combination of education and experience Experience in real estate and basic accounting knowledge, including understanding Property Management function, lease administration, and tenant leases/reconciliations preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Smartsheet knowledge is beneficial but not required Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estate terminology Effective time management skills Detail oriented, organized, and thorough Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical Requirements Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays Ability to observe details at close range Company benefits include 120 hours paid time off annually; prorated upon hire, 40 hours sick time annually; prorated upon hire, 2 volunteer days annually to support causes important to you & your community, 14 company holidays, paid parental leave, medical, dental, vision, & life insurance, with other supplementary benefit options, including pet insurance; pre-tax spending accounts, company discounts program to many major retailers & service providers, company-provided personal & professional development, including access to LinkedIn Learning, employee assistance program, & counseling services.
