Customer Service Associate - Float

Customer Service Associate - Float At Taylor Bank, everything we do is about serving our community and building strong customer relationships. We are seeking a detail-oriented, Customer Service Associate - Float with great people skills to take care of customers in our West Ocean City, Ocean Pines and Berlin branch locations. You will be responsible for handling daily banking transactions and referring products and services that meet specific customer needs. This is a full-time, day shift position, with occasional Saturday mornings required. You should have high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, an outgoing personality, and a professional appearance. Cash handling experience is strongly preferred. Banking experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
