Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment. You will also maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC systems, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, and electronic and light systems. General building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, and light ballasts will also be required. The role involves MIG and stick welding, reading blueprints and schematics, and electrical troubleshooting of systems ranging from 24V AC/DC up to 480V single-phase and three-phase. You will also troubleshoot PLCs and manage breakdowns through a computer system with a CMMS while following a preventive maintenance schedule. Responsibilities Perform maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment. Maintain pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, AC/DC systems, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, and light systems. Conduct general building maintenance on boilers, HVAC units, plumbing, and light ballasts. Perform MIG and stick welding tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24V AC/DC up to 480V single-phase and three-phase. Troubleshoot PLCs and respond to breakdowns using a CMMS. Monitor equipment performance and ensure continuous operation of production lines. Install new equipment as needed. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with hydraulics. Proficiency in hydraulics or industrial electricity, including 480V systems, three-phase, PLCs, sensors, and VFDs. Experience with 24V, 110V, and 480V systems. Mechanical troubleshooting skills. Must own personal tools. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of North Baltimore, OH.
