Service Porter & Parts Driver We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Porter & Parts Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting customers, vehicles, and parts efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and professional manner. Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments. Assist with vehicle movement around the dealership, including parking, retrieving, and organizing inventory. Deliver and pick up automotive parts from vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership policies while driving. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with transportation needs. Ensure a comfortable and safe ride for customers during shuttle services. Represent the dealership professionally while interacting with clients and vendors. Handle any customer inquiries regarding transportation services in a friendly manner. General Duties: Keep the service drive and lot organized and clean by moving vehicles as necessary. Assist service advisors and parts staff with various tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle and dealership lot. Report any maintenance or safety issues with vehicles promptly. Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent driving skills with knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Must be punctual, dependable, and have a professional appearance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
