About the Opportunity You'll be the go-to expert for Broadcom Clarity PPM, supporting a high-visibility federal program that relies on accurate schedules, meaningful metrics, and smooth processes to make mission-critical decisions. You'll collaborate with project managers, analysts, IT, and leadership to make sure the right information is available at the right time. Essential Functions Build & Maintain High-Quality Schedules Configure and manage project schedules in Broadcom Clarity PPM Apply scheduling best practices (dependencies, critical path, baselines, update cadence) Support portfolio-level schedule governance and consistency across teams Create Dashboards & Reports Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Jaspersoft, or Clarity portlets Provide insights on schedule health, milestones, resource usage, and trends Support automated reporting cycles for leadership Keep Data Clean, Accurate & Decision-Ready Run data quality checks and help teams fix missing or outdated information Support validation rules, required fields, and exception reporting Help maintain a Data Quality Playbook and simple guidance for users Support Users & Make Clarity Easier for Everyone Create user-friendly guides, job aids, and quick reference materials Deliver training sessions and onboarding support Host office hours and help teams navigate Clarity confidently Improve Processes & Strengthen Integration Work with stakeholders to understand workflows and improve how Clarity fits into them Recommend enhancements to scheduling, reporting, and data quality processes Maintain documentation, templates, SOPs, and shared resources Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in any related field such as Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar area. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM Experience building dashboards or reports in Tableau, Jaspersoft, or similar tools Familiarity with project scheduling concepts (critical path, baselines, dependencies) Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and project information Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to create simple documentation, guides, or training materials Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir as needed (with some telework flexibility) Must be a U.S. Citizen Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Primavera Exposure to federal or DoD environments Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or automation workflows Experience supporting PMO, project controls, or portfolio management teams Why Choose MIRACORP?
