Material Handler Location: Eden Prairie, MN Compensation: $21.00 per hour paid weekly Job Type: Temporary | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a leading manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, youll help maintain accurate inventory and support efficient material flow in a clean, organized environment. What Youll Do as a Material Handler: Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently Receive, move, pick, store, and ship materials accurately Conduct cycle counts based on item classification Process inventory transactions quickly and accurately Maintain 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Support lean initiatives by identifying and reducing waste Perform additional duties as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role: 12 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one Basic understanding of material handling and inventory control Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP/WMS experience a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
