HR Intern

Human Resources Intern Pay range is $15 to $20 per hour. Role is on a part-time basis. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about people and workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Assist with HR compliance tasks and documentation. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy updates. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of discretion and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
