Assembler Opportunity Parallel Employment is thrilled to announce openings for Assemblers to join our team in a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling popular hand tools and parts into finished products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Following assembly instructions and schematics to accurately assemble components Conducting quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively and safely Working as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Shifts: 1st shift: 6:00 am -2:30 pm, Mon-Friday 2nd shift: 2:15 pm-10:45 pm, Mon-Friday Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour Job Location: Racine, WI Job Type: Temp-to-hire Requirements: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as blueprints and assembly manuals Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Dependability and a strong work ethic Join us at Parallel Employment where you can grow your career as an Assembler in a supportive and engaging work environment!
