Job Description

Office Bookkeeper & Support Administrator (QBO experience required) Genova Delicatessen, a classic Italian deli with a rich history dating back to 1926, is looking for a dedicated Office Support Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time. Track and manage expense reports and recurring payments. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances. QuickBooks Online (QBO): Maintain and reconcile financial records in QBO. Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy. Administrative Support: Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks as needed. Qualifications: Experience with Account Payables, Account Receivables, and QuickBooks Online a MUST. Highly organized and detail-oriented individual Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently Location: Walnut Creek, California Work schedule Monday to Friday
