Regulatory Quality Project Manager

Quality Intelligence Project Manager We are looking for a Quality Intelligence Project Manager to join one of our leading healthcare clients. The Quality Intelligence Project Manager supports global quality and compliance initiatives within a regulated nutrition manufacturing environment. This role leads medium- to large-scale projects focused on quality assessments, regulatory implementation, and quality system updates across manufacturing sites and commercial affiliates. Key responsibilities include: Leading projects supporting quality and regulatory compliance initiatives Monitoring and assessing regulatory requirements and managing change control activities Driving updates to quality policies, procedures, and systems Defining project scope, developing project plans, and managing timelines Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and resource constraints Communicating project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership Leading cross-functional teams in alignment with PMO governance standards Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 57 years of experience in a regulated food or nutrition manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality systems, food GxP, and regulatory requirements 35 years of project leadership experience Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience working with global or cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications: Master's degree PMP certification Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) We are looking for candidates who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship.
