Customer Service Associate - JLR Job Category: Operations Requisition Number: CUSTO004363 Posted: February 27, 2026 Full-Time Location: Brunswick, GA 31523, USA Description Essential Duties: Provide support to customers, account representatives, and internal departments by responding promptly, accurately, and courteously to requests for information. Enter, update, and maintain customer and account information in internal systems. Assist with monitoring system activity and report issues to management or IT support as needed. Support basic system functions and follow established procedures in the event of system interruptions. Assist with preparing monthly reports and billing information by established deadlines. Reconcile physical inventory with system data as required. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with possible overtime and/or weekend work as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Valid U.S. Driver's License. Ability to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security. Typing speed of 40 WPM. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with web-based applications or AS400 systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous customer service experience. Basic understanding of accounts processing and clerical operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
