Theyre looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to oversee projects in major metro markets including Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, and other large cities nationwide. Projects include luxury retail, hospitality, restaurants, and multi-family developments. This company is known for long-term stability, strong leadership, and a steady pipeline of work. What Youll Be Doing: Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations Enforce safety, quality, and production standards Coordinate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams Drive projects to successful, on-time completion What Were Looking For: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or multi-family construction Willingness to travel to major U.S. cities Strong leadership and field coordination skills Proven ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven projects Compensation & Travel Package: ???? $100,000$120,000 base salary ???? Yearly performance bonuses ???? $75 per diem per day while traveling ???? $3,500/month housing allowance ???? $550/month car allowance + mileage reimbursement ???? $70/month phone reimbursement ??
