Senior Project Manager My client, founded in the early 1900s, is a well-established construction firm based in Indianapolis with projects spanning over 19 states, specializing in medical office buildings. Job Description Review drawings and understand full project scope. Perform bidding, minor estimating, and project pricing. Develop and manage project schedules while ensuring QA/QC on-site. Collaborate closely with field teams and maintain a strong on-site presence. Communicate effectively and represent the company professionally with clients. Support business development efforts and seek opportunities for growth. Proficient in Procore and Yardi (preferred) software. What's on Offer Salary: $100,000-$130,000 DOE. Open to all levels of project management with the ability to manage projects independently.
