Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.Record transactions and perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.Monitor cash flow and support cash management processes.Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.Support payroll processing, tax preparation, and audit requests.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain organized records. Requirements:Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.Strong knowledge of GAAP and core bookkeeping principles.Experience with financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes.Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.Payroll and tax regulation experience preferred; CPA certification a plus but not required.
