Loadbanks Skilled Assembler Location: Faribault, MN Compensation: $20.00 per hour paid weekly Schedule: 2nd Shift | MondayThursday | 3:30 PM2:00 AM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Loadbanks Skilled Assemblers for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, youll help build high-quality electrical assemblies that power the Faribault area and beyond. What Youll Do as a Loadbanks Skilled Assembler: Build assemblies to print, including mounting devices, wiring, and OHM testing panels Interpret electrical schematics with assistance from electricians Read and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents (bill of materials, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams) Complete in-process quality checks and escalate non-conformances Follow work order directions and produce parts within required specifications Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area Complete and maintain all required documentation Perform other duties and projects as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Loadbanks Skilled Assembler Role: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required (with or without reasonable accommodations) Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Good verbal and written communication skills Accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
