Growth Specialist Build Neon's go-to-market engine alongside the head of GTM and CEO. Prioritize ruthlessly, self-direct, and chase leverage wherever it lives. Some examples of what you might work on: Create content that drives thought leadership and demand, crafting messages with clarity and hype. Spin up growth systems: SEO, paid ads, retargeting, referral loops. Recruit and manage agencies/contractors for these functions as needed. Plan and run industry events end-to-end, converting attendees into advocates and customers. Develop sharp sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, positioning guides. Architect outbound campaigns (Apollo, Outreach, etc.) targeting pharma decision-makers, testing messaging, and iterating fast. Maintain outbound deliverability (domains, DMARC/DKIM). Run rapid experiments to test channels, messaging, and processes. Build GTM infrastructure in Notion and Clay, automating workflows where possible. Growth DNA Core traits and capabilities of a high-performing Neon growth operator. Exceptional writer & editor: Shape words that convertfrom outbound emails to event invites. Ruthless prioritizer: Make independent decisions, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, and iterate with urgency. Digital growth toolkit: SEM/SEO, paid social, funnel optimization. Outbound sequencing: Apollo/Outreach mastery. Automation savvy: Light scripting, scraping, enrichment (must be lightly technical). Creative collateral: Design chops in Figma, Canva, etc. Cross-functional range: Strong in content, outbound, automation, and events. Growth mindset: Curious, experimental, adaptable. Required Tools You will be required to use these tools: Using LLMs to create high-quality written content, not AI slop Clay.com Apollo Notion Other scraping/automation tools (e.g. browserflow) Experience Standout IC in a growth or GTM team who unlocked tangible value and can show results. Experience in startup GTM or growth roles, ideally during Series A/B scaling and ready to roll up your sleeves at a seed-stage.
