About the Role We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This is a critical role at the center of a fast-moving startup helping the team stay focused, organized, and effective. Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities for the CEO and executive team Coordinate high-impact internal and external meetings (investors, partners, customers) Draft emails, prepare briefing materials, and handle follow-ups Help keep the leadership team organized and on top of key initiatives Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support planning for company-wide events and offsites Essential Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or chief-of-staffstyle role, ideally in a startup or tech environment Strong organizational and communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information A "no job too small" attitude and eagerness to help where needed Comfort in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment We're looking for resilient, adaptable people to join our teamfolks who enjoy collaborating and tackling tough challenges.
