Admin Assistant The admin assistant will provide support to the customer service department and provide a variety of administrative functions. Daily duties include: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner Answering and appropriately routing telephone calls as necessary, screening and tactfully handling internal and external inquiries Answering up to 100 incoming calls per day and routing to the appropriate manager/department Compiling, creating, and modifying reports using database software of Microsoft Office applications Order entry of customer orders Use of Microsoft AX and Microsoft 365 for data entry and data collection of customer orders Administering various programs, projects, and processes under specific department requirements, and generally acting as a resource for the department as a whole Managing various vendor contracts as assigned Maintaining confidentiality of information, achieving and maintaining quality and productivity standards Skills: Administrative support, customer service, data entry, Microsoft office, front desk, receptionist secretarial, microsoft, administration, administrative assistance, clerical, customer service oriented, order entry Top skills details: Administrative support, customer service, data entry, Microsoft office, front desk, receptionist secretarial, microsoft Additional skills and qualifications: 1 year of relevant experience using Microsoft 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative experience Must have confident phone presence Requires knowledge of and experience with office routines and general clerical procedures Demonstrated keyboarding quality and efficiency with the ability to proofread for errors effectively Must also possess general math skills and the ability to create electronic spreadsheets/database reports Demonstrated ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of information and material Must exercise good written and verbal communication skills, utilizing effective communication methods Experience level: Entry Level Job type and location: This is a contract position based out of Newberg, OR. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.10 - $21.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
