Travels to and from primary office location to other facilities for meetings, project work, and teaching/training. Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives. Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff to ensure optimal performance and development. Develops and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses of staff projects, including calculation of net benefit and ROI. Maintains positive relations and acts as a liaison to ensure collaboration across multiple disciplines. Exercises independent decision-making processes to identify, plan, and execute goals. Engages Executive Sponsors in chartering new projects to align with organizational objectives. Evaluates potential and actual benefits for projects within the portfolio to ensure value and impact. Determines assignment of project managers to specific projects based on skills and project needs. Ensures project management standards are met by involved staff to maintain quality and consistency. Teaches formal training classes and provides mentorship to all employees as a subject matter expert in Performance Improvement Principles (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.). Qualification Requirements Bachelor's (Required), Master's Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (CSSBB) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $83,699.48 - $155,693.55 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
