Makes copies of check runs and matching them to appropriate invoices Filing of processed invoices, checks and PO's Perform research as needed Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures Pays attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify errors, and employ problem solving skills to correct Proficient in relevant computer applications Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components Sitting for extended periods of time Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred One to three years general accounting experience Must have ten-key (calculating) experience Certifications and Licenses Professional certification may be required in some areas.
