We are looking to bring on talented and passionate team members to work in the Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Howard County areas. Team members will occasionally be expected to provide services in our center located in Windsor Mill as well. WEEKEND EVENING AVAILABILITY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:3:30-6:30 PM4:30-7:00 PMJob Duties:Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual sessions. Adhere to and support the company's policies and procedures.Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.Collect and graph data as instructed.Complete daily notes (related to implementation of the treatment plan) as instructed.Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan and collecting data.Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional Requirements:Ability to work after 5 pm on weekdays (ideally 3:30-6:30 p.m. or 5- 7:30 p.m.)Will require the ability to reliably commute to our center (located in Baltimore County, MD) as well as to various clients' homes located in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, and Howard CountyAbility to lift 25 lbsAbility to run, jump, sit, stand, with or without accommodationSuccessful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background checkSatisfactory reference checksMust pass tuberculosis testReliable mode of transportationBenefits of working for our dynamic, family-centered organization:Engage in meaningful work, impacting the lives of your clients!Unique and empowering work cultureEquitable hourly rate.
