School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Supplemental Health Care works with districts nationwide to hire thousands of school professionals every year. Currently, we're hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school located in Wood River, Illinois. Qualifications: -Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Must have a Professional Educator License (PEL) from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Illinois SLP License American Heart Association BLS School Experience is Preferred but not required ASHA Certification Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details: $52.65 - $56.70 per hour 20-week contracts $3,000 assignment bonus availableconditions apply; ask recruiter for details SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student May be asked to supervise assistants At Supplemental Health Care (SHC), we believe school-based SLPs are essential to student success.
