Aerospace Buyer An Aerospace company in Lynnwood is in need of an Aerospace Buyer to add to their team! This a great way to enhance your skills with a well-known, established Aerospace company. This growing company is known for producing systems and components for the aerospace, medical and defense markets. This is a temporary 2-3 month contract that has the potential to go longer. Aerospace Buyer Job Duties: Managing all aspects of purchasing parts from suppliers including negotiating, reporting, quoting, and scheduling. Communicate priorities and schedule changes to Outside Processing Suppliers. Communicating with multiple departments will play a big hand in your role. Ensuring all parts are delivered within a specific time frame. Use Kaizen to continuously improve processes Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay: $30-39 per hour Aerospace Buyer Job Requirements: 2+ years of Buying and Planning experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge and understanding of the Aerospace and Electronics industry preferred Experience implementing LEAN Manufacturing principals.
