Regulatory Document Analyst Associate At Lockheed Martin, in TMAN, we are driven by innovation and integrity. We are a dynamic team on a recurring multi-year, critical program seeking a Regulatory Document Analyst Associate who likes to be challenged and solve problems. The work includes: Ensuring contractual requirements are met through completion of CDRL deliveries. Implementing and maintaining documentation tracking records. Maintaining/updating the Configuration Data Management Plan and the associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Gathering and analyzing Data Management metrics. Supporting program meetings. Interfacing with Program Management, CAMs, Project Engineers, other discipline leaders. Join the Trusted Manager (TMAN) program and help deliver clear, secure communications for our missions. In this position you will work with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, providing day-to-day administration and supporting network infrastructure. You will need to be able to obtain a Top Secret (TS) DOD Clearance. This is your opportunity to challenge yourself to make a difference in the world. You'll be guided by senior data management analysts to gain hands-on experience with the technologies that protect our nation's information advantage. We are looking for a professional to work on Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) products that protect and defend the information flow of critical and time sensitive data on many military applications and networks. You will work directly with domain and industry experts as well as technical staff to track our Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveries. Basic qualifications include: Experience with Data Management Knowledge of Confluence & SharePoint Ability to multi-task Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite Strong team-member skills Effective written and verbal communication Ability to work independently without constant direction Desired skills include: Extensive knowledge of Data Management Strong administrative skills with SharePoint & Confluence Familiarity with DoD security regulations Experience performing CDRL deliveries This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Top Secret. Ability to work remotely: Part-time remote telework. The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Pay rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
