Human Resources Coordinator LHH is partnering with a prominent real estate firm in Buckhead to hire a highly organized and enthusiastic HR Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys crafting meaningful employee experiences, and brings strong administrative and event-planning abilities to a collaborative HR team. The HR Coordinator will support a wide range of Human Resources functions including recruiting logistics, onboarding, HR administration, and companywide engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Assist with recruiting activities including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and ongoing communication Support onboarding processes to deliver a smooth, welcoming new-hire experience Maintain accurate HR files, employee data, and documentation Manage routine HR correspondence and administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality Event Planning & Employee Engagement Lead and support planning for HR-hosted events, including major initiatives such as: Volunteer Week Family Fun Day Coordinate event logistics including catering, photography, raffles, prizes, and vendor communications Ensure events are organized, timely, and aligned with the company's culture and values Data & Reporting Use Excel to track HR information, event planning details, and reporting needs Maintain clean, organized spreadsheets with high attention to detail (Advanced Excel functions like pivot tables are not required) Qualifications & Skills Required Experience Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role Experience with recruiting workflow, onboarding, tracking, and general HR administration Strong background in planning and coordinating events, ideally in a corporate or HR environment Core Competencies Strong sense of urgency with ability to manage multiple priorities Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Customer-service mindset focused on supporting employees and stakeholders Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to pivot effectively in a dynamic environment Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications Job Details In-Office Full Time Contract-to-Hire Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
