Maintenance Supervisor – Manufacturing Equipment Onsite | Permanent Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment maintenance and reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses heavily on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment performance, and minimizing downtime while supporting production goals and ensuring safe, efficient operations. About the Company Company is dedicated to quality, safety, honesty, and excellent customer service Leadership committed to employee growth and success Family-oriented, casual, and relaxed work environment Competitive salary and excellent benefits package 10% 401K match, full medical, dental, and vision, 3 weeks PTO Employee review: “Relaxed atmosphere, great people, and enjoyable place to work.” Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Supervisor Lead daily equipment maintenance operations including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance Supervise and support maintenance technicians working on production machinery and manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support overall manufacturing efficiency Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for production lines and facility equipment Coordinate repairs, shutdowns, and maintenance planning with production leadership Manage spare parts inventory, work orders, and maintenance documentation through CMMS or ERP systems Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements What We’re Looking for in a Maintenance Supervisor 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, drives, pumps, or processing equipment Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferred #LI-EM1 #INFEB2026 #LI-onsite
