What You’ll Do Own daily and monthly cash and deposit reconciliations using Excel as your primary tool Reconcile high-volume transactional data across multiple systems, ensuring balances tie out precisely Use advanced Excel skills (hotkeys, formulas, lookups, pivots, filters, data validation) to manipulate and analyze large datasets Accurately transfer and compare data between systems, maintaining strict attention to detail Investigate and resolve discrepancies through structured analysis and independent research Maintain organized, audit-ready reconciliation files and supporting schedules Work efficiently across multiple screens while reviewing detailed transactional activity What We’re Looking For Background in Accounts Receivable, cash application, bank reconciliations, or shared services accounting Strong Excel proficiency required — daily use of: Hotkeys and shortcuts Copy/paste accuracy Lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivots, filters Data validation and reconciliation logic Experience in high-volume, detail-intensive environments Exceptionally detail-oriented with a natural habit of double-checking work Comfortable with repetitive, precision-driven tasks and sustained focus Confident researching discrepancies independently and following issues through to resolution This Role Is Ideal If You: Genuinely love working in Excel and using it to solve reconciliation problems Enjoy matching data, balancing accounts, and creating clean support Prefer execution-focused roles with clear ownership and deliverables Take pride in accuracy, structure, and consistency Are comfortable working on-site in a heads-down, productivity-driven environment Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
