Commercial Project Manager-Life Science You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison for clients, design teams, and field staff, ensuring all work meets Target's standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of life science construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and resolve any project-related challenges or conflicts. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service. A successful Commercial Project Manager-Life Science should have: Minimum 5 years experience managing life science, higher education and/or healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to close out. Experience working in occupied facilities and associated risks Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent communication and leadership skills. OSHA 30 certified Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam experience HIGHLY preferred Familiarity with CM-at-Risk or Design-Build processes HIGHLY preferred Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
