You’ll be joining a 9-doctor team made up of a mix of experienced clinicians and newer graduates, supported by an excellent staff-to-doctor ratio and live scribes, allowing you to focus on medicine, not paperwork. If you’re a newly graduated DVM on their 6-month mentorship program, you would be expected to work 5 x 8 hour shifts per week with a view to dropping to 4 days following this.
