Summary: Detail-oriented and efficient packaging specialist supporting order fulfillment within a regulated cannabis cultivation environment. Responsible for preparing cannabis products to meet daily order demands while adhering to strict compliance, quality, and safety standards. Collaborates closely with the Orders Team to ensure timely product distribution, maintains clean and organized work areas, and follows all state regulations and internal SOPs. Known for strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting. Essential Functions: Barcode and package all Revolution orders as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform quality assurance checks during checking product in, barcoding, packaging, and toting orders Document time spent on each order Basic cannabis knowledge is a plus Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum age requirement 21 Great attitude and ability to follow direction Consistent and reliable attendance Revolution is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
