Salary Range: $20-$25 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location) Key Responsibilities Assist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members Flexibility to perform other job duties as required Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred) Previous experience with HVAC systems Ability to work with minimal supervision Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair) Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skill Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal) Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed Job Benefits The company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
