We are looking for someone with proven leadership capability and a MINIMUM of 2+ years experience in the following areas (residential & commercial): Residential service experience Ride along with Apprentice trainee, passionate about coaching and teaching others the trade Price and write estimates, and close bids Communicate with customers and property managers Willing to work on-call schedule We are a locally owned and operated company that is committed to excellent customer service!
