HR Intern - Recruitment Focus

About the Role The HR Intern will primarily support recruiting and onboarding activities to help deliver a strong candidate and new hire experience. This role is ideal for a student interested in HR, recruiting, or business operations. Part-Time during school year (up to 20 hrs/week) with opportunity for full-time work (up to 40 hrs/week) in summer. Hybrid work structure. Responsibilities Post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. Conduct phone screens and support candidate communication. Maintain timely and accurate candidate data in the ATS. Assist with offer letters, onboarding tasks, and new hire orientation. Support HR projects, reporting, and file management. Help with hiring events and/or campus recruiting activities. Assist with other HR projects/tasks as may be requested. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience (Ex: Workday; Jobvite). Prior HR or admin experience is a plus.
