This role is critical to delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining accurate recruiting data and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Coordination & SupportSupport full-cycle recruiting by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics for candidates and interview teamsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling, interview details, and process-related questionsSupport recruiters with job postings, requisition updates, and candidate movement in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Candidate ExperienceDeliver a professional, timely, and welcoming candidate experiencePrepare and send interview confirmations, directions, virtual meeting details, and follow-up communicationsEnsure candidates are informed of next steps and supported throughout the interview processHiring Manager & Team SupportPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview plans are executed smoothlyCoordinate panel interviews and support interviewers with materials, schedules, and logisticsRespond to inquiries from hiring managers and interview teams in a timely mannerProcess & Data ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATSTrack interview activity, candidate status changes, and recruiting workflow stepsSupport compliance with recruiting policies, documentation, and audit requirementsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate communication, and recruiting operationsSupport implementation of recruiting tools, templates, and process updatesContribute to a collaborative and service-oriented recruiting team environmentPreferred Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a related roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Familiarity with interview scheduling tools and calendarsExperience supporting recruiting, HR, or talent teamsInterest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human ResourcesPosition is commensurate with experience.What We Offer in ReturnYou will be part of an organization that genuinely values and embraces diversity and inclusion.
