Human Resources Generalist The Human Resources Generalist supports a wide range of HR functionsincluding recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, and HR operationsto ensure smooth and efficient processes across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for staff and management, maintaining accurate employee records, promoting an inclusive and positive workplace culture, assisting with audits and reporting, coordinating training and development efforts, and contributing to HR initiatives that enhance engagement and operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate job postings and manage applicant tracking systems. Screen resumes and conduct interviews. Facilitate onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and completion of employment documentation. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as appropriate. Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. Audit personnel files to ensure completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Assist with internal audits and preparation of regulatory reports. Support the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs. Track training completion and maintain related documentation. Assist in identifying and facilitating professional development opportunities for staff. Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making. Participate in HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and improving operational efficiency. Collaborate and assist HR team members with their responsibilities as needed to support departmental goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources or related role. Proficiency in HRIS Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SHRM-CP or PHR certification is advantageous but not required.
