Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide full-scope anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures. Provide Comprehensive Anesthesia Care As a CRNA, you will be an integral part of the surgical team, providing expert anesthesia services to patients undergoing various procedures, including ortho, OB/GYN, and eye cases. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments. Administer anesthesia using a variety of techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC). Monitor patient vitals and respond effectively to any intraoperative complications. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the healthcare team. Participate in patient education and discharge planning. Qualifications: Education: Registered Nurse's License. Experience: Relevant anesthesia experience required. Licensure: North Dakota Medical License (or ability to obtain). Certifications: CRNA Certification. BLS/ACLS. Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations). Call rotation: 1:5. Why Join Us?
