Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Care Sports Medicine practitioner located in Sunnyvale, CA. The role involves providing patient-centered care in the areas of sports medicine and primary care, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and addressing patient concerns. The practitioner will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote patient health through prevention, management, and rehabilitation of physical injuries. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities Experience in Medicine with expertise in Critical Care Medicine Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide positive patient experiences Ability to make informed decisions and collaborate effectively within a healthcare team Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a specialization in Primary Care Sports Medicine Active medical license in the state of California Experience in working with diverse patient populations is a plus
