Job Title: Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Contract ) - Job# 5893Location: Dallas, Texas Description: Our client has an immediate opportunity for an Oracle Fusion Project Manager to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This role will be based in Dallas, TX. The Oracle Fusion Project Manager will lead enterprise Oracle Fusion initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP implementations and enhancements. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams while communicating effectively with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align project outcomes with business objectives. Coordinate with technical teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure successful implementation. Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and enterprise project governance standards. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise ERP initiatives. Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion implementations (Finance, SCM, HCM, or related modules). Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, integrations, and business processes. Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors. Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migrations. PMP or similar Project Management certification.
