Executive Assistant Argo Group and Farm Family are specialty property and casualty insurance brands whose underwriting companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Brookfield Wealth Solutions, a leading provider of wealth and insurance solutions. Argo and Farm Family partner with agents and brokers to help businesses stay in business, delivering collaborative insurance solutions for niche markets. This position performs complex administrative work while providing support to executives or other high-level individuals. This role is an extension of the Executive and works hand in hand with, as a business partner ideally to one or more business heads. Essential functions include managing the executive's schedule, arranging meetings, handling email accounts, responding on behalf of the executive, creating department procedures and policies, serving as a mentor to less experienced administrative employees, acting as a liaison for communication throughout the division, preparing annual budgets, coordinating special events, anticipating issues, and obtaining the ability to approve on behalf of the executive for matters that have impact on the business. Required qualifications include an associate degree and six to eight years of experience. Preferred qualifications include certification or educational background in the field, leadership experience, and availability after hours to assist with travel disruptions and urgent requests.
