About the Role The Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst will assist in the daily functions of the A/R -Credit department, ensuring financial stability of customer accounts while assisting in managing a team of A/R Specialists/Analysts. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, evaluating credit applications, and managing customer credit limits in alignment with company policies and risk tolerance. What You'll Do Associate's degree with 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, or a Bachelor's degree in accounting. 24 years of leadership experience managing a team of four or more employees. Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable processes and credit management. Proven ability to mitigate credit risk and support sound financial decision-making. Experience with prelien notice management and related compliance requirements. Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret trends and inform strategy. Effective relationship builder with a customer-focused mindset. Accountable and results-driven professional with strong organizational skills. Purposeful communicator who consistently exceeds performance expectations. Additional Expectations Adhere to Tate's Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure compliance with product regulations and the Compliance Management System. Raise any concerns related to compliance through the appropriate channels.
