Robins Financial Membership Service Representative Responsible for meeting the needs of Robins Financials membership by conducting transactions and inquiries on their accounts in an efficient, accurate, and professional manner while educating members about additional products and services. Conducts all member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner, while complying with established policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations. Reconciles cash and negotiable items to meet established balancing procedures. Ensures WOW Member Experience standards are achieved by promoting a positive member service culture. Ensures that additional products and services are provided to members to meet or exceed cross-sell goals and increase member product penetration. Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by achieving and continuing to develop knowledge of all products and services offered by the credit union. Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy. Knowledge of Robins Financial products and services. Skills: Excellent customer service skills, excellent communication and listening skills, organizational skills, problem analysis and problem solving, sales skills, high energy level. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds. Vision requirements include close and classroom vision. Rarely required to travel by automobile. Occasionally required to work other than normal business hour.
