Licensed Practical Nurse

PRN LPN med surg position opening. Graduate from accredited school of nursing required. Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS required. 3 years experience in med surg patient care and ability to work under stressful situations if needed. Must assist with patients in all care areas as directed by giving medication, obtaining vitals, and implementing a plan of care which can be modified as needed to achieve measurable goals. Works directly under physicians, assisting them during exams. Must document nursing assessments, interventions, changes in patients conditions, and other patient information electronically in the patient medical record. Displays professionalism while completing multiple urgent tasks in a timely manner.
