Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health problems for patients across the lifespan (primarily adult population). • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient-centered plans of care. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and X-rays. • Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic treatments. • Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and therapeutic regimens. • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. Candidate requirements Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), APRN, or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a valid license in Arizona. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an FNP, APRN, or PA-C in a Primary Care setting. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
